Calcium hydroxide forms an alkaline medium (pH over 12), which provides a stable antibacterial effect, increases the ability to regenerate the pulp and initiates the formation of secondary dentin.

INDICATIONS

• Deep caries treatment before permanent tooth filling with any filling materials
• The product may be used as a therapeutic lining material that stimulates the deposition of secondary dentin
• Regeneration of injured and inflamed pulp in reversible forms of pulpitis
• Pulp capping in the primary teeth
