Devitalization paste
Arsenic-free devitalization fibrous paste.
Polyoxymethylene is an antiseptic, which coagulates proteins and facilitates to the necrosis of pulp tissue. Lidocaine hydrochloride is an anesthetic component that reduces the risk of pain during devitalization of the dental pulp.
Eugenol and m-cresol are antimicrobial components.
The paste provides prolonged and painless pulp devitalization within 1-5 days. The addition of zinc oxide and eugenol in a ratio of 1:1 (vol.) makes it possible to use the material in pediatric dentistry.
